“The Erth Dragons: Dark Wyng” by Chris d’Lacey

Hey there! Do you like dragons that think, talk, and make plans? Then you need to meet the dragons of Erth.

This is book two in the Erth Dragons series, so if you’ve read “The Wearle,” you’re ready for more. Ren is the first of his kind, a boy with the skills of a dragon. But as he tests his new powers, the dragons are starting to feel uneasy about him. Tension is rising between hom (that’s humans) and dragons, and a dark stranger is walking among them. In the mountains, a dark force is waiting, and a dark wyng is about to be formed. The dark dragon is coming back.

It’s an epic, action-packed fantasy from the author of “The Last Dragon Chronicles,” written for readers about nine and up. It’s also a good one for grown-ups to share.

This paperback is in good condition, and you can find it at Dead Tree Dreams. Grab it and fly!
